At ILIA Beauty, we are dedicated to creating clean and effective products that our customers love.

If you’re not satisfied with your order, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund on gently used products within 60 days of purchase from iliabeauty.com (minus the cost of shipping). At this time, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on sale items or value sets. There is no restocking fee, and we can provide you with a prepaid return label upon request.

SHIPPING + DELIVERY

ALL DELIVERIES ARE MONDAY - FRIDAY.

Please include your email and telephone number during checkout.

We estimate you will receive your order within 10-14 business days of its ship date pending clearance. We cannot ship to International P.O. boxes.

Orders that are shipped outside of the U.S. may be required to pay taxes and duties upon delivery. Knowledge and payment of these fees is the responsibility of the customer and not reimbursed by ILIA Beauty. For more information, please check with your local customs before placing your order.
